Brief conversation, just suggested uninstalljng AVG app abd installing it again.
Trying this to see if it helps , but have doubts as EE net work seems not to support a VPN now.
How Good is AVG's Customer Service?
I signed up for the AVG pro and you charged my credit card, but I still do not have it and if I try to sign up for pro he wants to charge me again I have tried to get in contact with a live person and have not succeeded. I have turned this over to my Discover card fraud people to investigate
I paid for a one year subscription to AVG pro. Evidently something went wrong because whenever I do a scan, it comes back and asked me to subscribe for pro at the price I had already paid. I want my free trial cancelled @ the end & I am really not happy with all of the added individual charges ensued by "driver update", etc. You are just nickel & 'dime'-ing your customers.
